The Bible in 90 Days

An Extraordinary Experience with the Word of God

Are you one of the estimated 42% of Americans who say reading the Bible is very important to them? Have you read all 66 books of the Bible? Does your time allocation reflect the Bible’s importance to you?

Take The Bible in 90 days^TM challenge and read God’s Word from front to back! You will read 12 pages a day and meet once a week for support and encouragement. At the weekly meetings, thoughtful video presentations will give in-depth background and information about the previous week’s assignment. To break it down, 12 Bible pages a day is roughly equivalent to 8,000 words a day. That’s the same as reading 4 pages in USA Today, 10 pages in the local newspaper, or 28 pages in the Purpose-Driven life.

The Challenge

To read attentively every word of the Bible in 90 days. Individually, you read 12 pages a day in a Bible specially selected for its ease of reading. Unique resource materials help you comprehend as you read.

Once a week you gather with other participants to:
Review what you read during the previous week
Participate in small group discussion
Hear a lesson – either videotaped or live – drawn from the previous week’s reading
Preview the next week’s reading

When you have met the challenge you will have:

Come to know more about Christ and His relationship with each of us.
Discovered interconnections that exist throughout the Bible.
Eliminated guilt – the “should” is checked off.
Built a critical foundation for future Bible study.
Fully received the gift that God gave each of us!

The Resources

Each participant must have a Participant’s Guide ($10). ‘The Bible in 90 Days’ Bible marked with daily readings ($10) is very helpful but is optional. There is a third resource, a helpful companion guide: ‘The Essential Bible Companion’ ($10). Indicate which of these you need upon registration online and Equipping Ministries will get them to you on the first day of class.
