Weekday Programs

Children’s Day Inn (CDI)

We serve children from 3 months through 2 1/2 years of age with regular sessions from 9:15 AM – 2:30 PM. Early Bird and/or Extended Day programs are also available from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, for those families who need a little longer day. We are in operation Monday through Friday. Parents have the option to enroll their children 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days.

Child Care Plus (CCP)

Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church provides care for infants and young children that contributes to their well-being, complements and strengthens the Christian nurturing they receive at home, and builds trust in people and the world. This care is provided to allow parents to participate in Worship and activities sponsored by church.

Parents Night Out/Shopping Day

MDPC invites the families in our community to join us as we host our Parents’ Night Out and Shopping Days. These programs are an opportunity for parents to have time together while knowing that their children are safe, having fun, and being lovingly cared for. Child Care Plus is offering this program to MDPC members and non members on a first come, first served basis.

Yellow School

Founded in 1974, the Yellow School is an extension of the Christian Education ministry of the church. Recognizing that the early years of a child’s life are the most important for laying foundations of faith and for social, emotional and cognitive development, the school provides each child with acceptance, respect and love in a Christian environment. It is a place in which children learn about their uniqueness as children of God and develop new relationships. The school provides an environment in which each child is free to explore, experiment, discover, make decisions and problem solve. We encourage curiosity and independence.

Preschool Ministries

The Glory Bees (Pre-School Choir)

The Bees meet in the hive, Room 208, on Wednesdays beginning at 5:30PM to 6:20PM. Preschoolers ages 3 through pre K are invited to join the fun. Parents can register new students during class.
