Amy brings a wealth of expertise to MDPC as the Director of Human Resources. As a trusted advisor, she collaborates with our leaders to solve problems related to talent, shape people-centric strategies, and champion initiatives to modernize HR systems and processes.  Her passion for people and culture is evident in her approach as a caring, collaborative, and hands-on leader, ultimately to serve Team MDPC so they can focus on ministry. 

Amy's professional journey includes impactful HR Business Partner, Talent & Organizational Development consulting, and Learning roles at worldwide Management Consulting firms, at NASA, and within the technology and nonprofit sectors.  She holds a BBA from Baylor University and a Masters in HR Management from Texas A&M University.
