Bin became MDPC’s Chinese Ministry Partner in August 2025, focusing on gospel outreach and church planting among the Chinese-speaking community in the Metro Houston area. He came to faith in Christ in 2003 while a college student in China and received God’s call to gospel ministry in 2005. Bin completed his M.Div. at Nanjing Union Theological Seminary (2008) and later earned an M.A.T.S. from Princeton Theological Seminary (2012).
From 2008–2020, he served in pastoral ministry in Suzhou, his home city, and was ordained in 2014. On Christmas Day 2020, Bin and his family arrived in the United States. He also serves as China Mission Consultant for The Outreach Foundation. Bin is married to Qian, and they have two daughters, Yingya and Jingwei.
王斌于2025年8月加入 MDPC，担任华人事工同工，专注于大休斯顿地区华人群体的福音外展与植堂事工。他于2003年在中国读大学期间信主，并于2005年领受上帝呼召，全时间投身福音事奉。王斌于2008年毕业于中国金陵协和神学院（道学硕士），其后于2012年取得普林斯顿神学院神学研究硕士学位。
2008至2020年间，他在家乡苏州从事牧会服事，并于2014年被按立为牧师。2020年圣诞节，王斌与家人抵达美国，开启人生新阶段。他同时担任“外展基金会”（The Outreach Foundation）中国事工顾问。王斌与妻子张倩育有两位女儿：映雅、镜葳。
