Knowing how to respond can make all the difference in outcome!

Our speaker is Andres Hernandez from Constable Ted Heap's Precinct 5 Office. He is certified through ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training) to teach Civilian Response to an Active Shooter Event. Training is based on the Avoid, Deny, Defend model created by ALERRT.
