For the past year, MDPC has been exploring the potential to add two pickleball courts to our outdoor campus. As we operate under a Special Use Permit with the City of Bunker Hill, some changes to our campus go through the approval process with the Bunker Hill Planning and Zoning Commission and then City Council. We had our initial meeting with P&Z in April 2023 and have made some changes to our original plan based on feedback from our architects and neighbors. Much thought and effort has been invested in a design that minimizes the impact on our neighbors. There was a hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, to begin the process. The next meeting will be in Spring 2024.
