Thanksgiving Meal in a Bag Wrap-Up
Thanks to your generous contributions, MDPC accounted for a big chunk of the approximately 2,800 bags of non-perishables East Spring Branch Food Pantry collected, allowing them to serve over 1,080 families! Watch the sweet wrap-up slideshow:
Boys and Girls Country
Trauma is debilitating, and many kids at Boys and Girls Country have grappled with it. Their path to healing is complex, but with prayers and necessary resources we help children overcome it. Listen to BGC Senior Brandie whose faith and kindness are contagious.
The FORGE for Families
The FORGE for Families closed when the pandemic hit, but reopened for their students with parents that worked in essential jobs (medical workers, paramedics, firemen, first responders, etc.).

From Casa el Buen Samaritano, Thank you to everyone that supported or volunteered at our Happy Feet back-to-school event. In addition to providing the children with a backpack, supplies, and shoes the program brings our volunteers together with the humble act of washing each child’s feet and sharing the gospel.

Prison Entrepreneurship Program: July 2020
This highly successful in-prison program trains inmates to be able to live and prosper on "the outside." Employment is often difficult for newly released prisoners, so PEP participants are taught the skills necessary to start their own businesses.
