Karina joined the Communications team in June of 2022. With over 10 years of experience in the education and social work field, she has developed a strong understanding of the power of clear and compelling messaging. She holds a degree from the University of Houston, Go Coogs! 

Beyond work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Alejandro, and her daughter, Mila. As a family, they love exploring new destinations, indulging in culinary experiences, and capturing the beauty of their travels through photography. 

She looks forward to working together, fostering effective communication, and making a positive impact in all the great work MDPC does!
