The Bible for Life: Two Studies, Four Times

Grow deeper in your faith this fall through one of our two Bible for Life studies—Genesis and John.
Both classes are offered on Sundays at 9:45 and 11:15, giving you the flexibility to choose the time that works best for you.

  • Bible for Life: Genesis — taught by Laurien Hook in the Summit Room
  • Bible for Life: John — taught by Clay Brown in the Amphitheater

Book of John

The Bible for Life study on the Book of John invites participants to journey through one of the most beloved and theologically rich accounts of Jesus’ life. John’s Gospel uniquely highlights the identity of Christ as the eternal Word made flesh, offering deep insights into His miracles, teachings, and sacrificial love. Through vivid narratives and “I Am” statements, John calls readers to see, believe, and abide in Jesus as the source of life. This study encourages thoughtful reflection and personal application, helping participants grow in faith, deepen their understanding of God’s character, and embrace the abundant life found in Him.

The Book of John is offered each Sunday at 9:45 and 11:15, both in person and on Zoom. We ask that you select just one session. Led by Clay Brown in the Amphitheater.

Book of Genesis

The Bible for Life study on the Book of Genesis takes participants back to the very beginning, exploring God’s creation, humanity’s earliest history, and His unfolding plan of redemption. From the majesty of the world’s formation to the personal stories of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, Genesis reveals God’s sovereignty, faithfulness, and covenant promises. This foundational book sets the stage for all of Scripture, introducing themes of sin and grace, blessing and calling, and God’s desire to be in relationship with His people. Through this study, participants will gain a deeper understanding of God’s purposes and their place in His grand story.
