Faith Walk: A Sacred Journey with Your Child
You are warmly invited to participate in Faith Walk, a meaningful and interactive spiritual experience designed to help your child sense the presence of God and grow in understanding of the sacraments that MDPC observes.
Together, you and your child will walk through three sacred rotations, each rooted in Scripture and Christian tradition:
Foot Washing Room – A powerful reminder of Jesus’ love and humility.
Bread-Making Station – A hands-on reflection on the body of Christ and His sacrifice.
Prayer Walk – An interactive but quiet journey highlighting the history of the major sacraments and why they are still meaningful in our lives today.
Each station invites you and your child to connect with God's love through action, reflection, and prayer, making this a truly memorable and faith-filled experience.
Following their experience in Faith Walk, some children may feel prepared to take the next step in their faith journey through Baptism or First Communion.
We will joyfully celebrate First Communion on Sun, Oct 5, during both the 9:45am and 11:15am worship services.
