Associate Pastor for Hispanic Ministries
The faith family of Iglesia Fuente de Esperanza is thriving! The lay leadership team cares for worship, and also leads the entire MDPC congregation in serving a food pantry to the community. We are seeking a new pastor to lead this Spanish-language congregation.
The Associate Pastor for Hispanic Ministries will direct, design, and supervise the various ministries, programs, staff, and lay leadership related to the Spanish-Language Ministries of MDPC. This will include leadership, guidance, and resources for both staff and lay members of each of these Ministry areas.

Human Resources Director
Responsible for guidance to the pastors and staff on policy administration and interpretation of all aspects of human resource management, including compensation, benefits, training and development, staffing, personnel information, and legal compliance designed to implement Church policies.
